If it is not possible to enter the road with heavy-duty semi-trailers, the contractor will be obliged to provide materials with self-discharging box cars in order to complete the order. The Contractor shall be informed by the Ordering Party of the quantity of delivery. 9. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for the proper performance of deliveries, ensuring the conditions of safety, quality of materials and organizational and technical methods during the performance of the contract. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for any damage or damage to the equipment located at the place of delivery and unloading of aggregates resulting from the deliveries carried out by the Contractor. 10. The contracting authority shall have the right to examine the aggregate delivered in terms of: quality, quantity and pollution. If any of the above circumstances is found, the Ordering Party may refuse to pay the remuneration, charge the Contractor with the costs of testing and weighing, request the replacement of aggregate (at the Contractor's expense) for meeting the requirements within no more than 24 hours from the date on which the given circumstance occurred.
