… overload, voltage asymmetry and operational failures. 2. 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand new, complete, unused mobile water treatment plant, intended for the treatment of water drawn from surface or underground sources, mounted on a trailer with a 5 kW aggregate and equipment, documentation, commissioning, training and provision of maintenance services. 2) The device is to be used to obtain drinking water from surface sources and to treat contaminated tap water in crisis situations (removal of biological and basic chemical contaminants). 3) Water from such a device under normal conditions of use included in the instruction manual should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the quality of water intended for human consumption of 22 May 2026, directives and WHO/EU standards. 4) The device is to enable quick commissioning in the field during emergency operations, water supply network failures, natural disasters.
