If an equivalent version is proposed, the Contractor must attach to the tender a description and technical data of the proposed solution enabling it to be compared with all the parameters required by this description of the subject-matter of the contract. 6. In addition, in the case of offering equivalent software, the Contractor must include in the offer price all costs that the Ordering Party must incur in connection with the change of software, including costs related to conducting instruction on the operation of a given software for 57 users indicated by the Ordering Party, carried out at the Ordering Party's headquarters and lasting a minimum of 1 Business Day. During user instruction, the necessary knowledge of the correct use of equivalent software must be provided. The scope of the instruction shall include the practical operation of all functionalities of the equivalent software. 7. The subject of the Order is co-financed by: European Regional Development Fund under the Technical Assistance Programme European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027, Priority FELU.13 Support for the implementation of European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027 under the ERDF, Measure FELU.13.01 Support for the implementation of European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027 under the ERDF. 8.
