The subject of the contract is the supply of light fuel oil to the Training Centre of the Prison Service in Olszanica, which meets the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2020 ‘Petroleum products. Fuel oils’ in the scope of light fuel oil of the L-1 grade or equivalent standard and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulphur content of oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008). The estimated amount of heating oil that the contracting authority intends to purchase during the term of the contract is 70 m3. The term of the contract is 12 months - from 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2027.
