… of documents to be registered in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland, on the terms of entry into service, i.e.: 1) sales invoice, 2) vehicle card, 3) approval certificate, 4) EC certificate of conformity 3. The Contractor undertakes that the delivered vehicle being the subject of the contract will be brand new, unused, ready for operation, free from physical and legal defects and will not be registered beforehand. 4.
