production and the same batch and should be manufactured in accordance with the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and applicable regulations, in particular it should meet the requirements of the Polish Standard set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448 as amended) and comply with the Ordinance of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2015, item 29 as amended) 5. The Contractor undertakes to: 1) maintaining appropriate conditions of transport of the delivered goods - providing a specialized means of transport suitable for the transported products covered by the order and in accordance with the applicable regulations, under pain of not accepting the delivery by the Ordering Party, 2) on each delivery - to adequately secure the goods for the duration of transport, under pain of liability for deficiencies and defects arising during transport; 3) in the case of goods delivered in packages, delivery of the ordered quantity of goods net, i.e. not including the weight of the packaging (e.g. cartons, strings, films and nets), in the weight of the ordered goods, 4) receipt of empty collective packaging after the delivered goods to the Ordering Party at least once a week, 5) free lending of containers at each delivery of goods to the Ordering Party's headquarters - for the period until the next delivery. 6. The Contracting Authority shall require that: 1) The Contractor delivered the ordered batch of goods from 8:00 to 11:00, on working days at least twice a week, on the following dates: a) on the next working day after receipt of the written order, if the order has been received by 12:00; b) up to two working days after receipt of the written order – if the order was received after 12:00; 2) The Contractor kept a fax and e-mail box on standby, 3) deliveries were made successively, at unit prices specified in the Contractor's Tender (i.e. in the Assortment List constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ), 4) if quantitative shortages or defects in the delivered batch of goods were found, the Contracting Authority will report this fact to the Contractor, and the Contractor will fill in the quantitative shortages or replace the defective batch of goods with a batch free of defects within the following deadlines: a) on the day of receipt of the application by 17:00 - if the application referred to above has been received by 17:00 13:00; b) on the next working day from 8:00 to 11:00 if the notification referred to above was received after 8:00 a.m. 13:00. 7. The other conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are specified in detail in the FTZ and in the Model Agreement, constituting Annex No 7 to the FTZ. 2. 1.
