The Ordering Party allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to those presented in the description of the subject of the contract. It is therefore permissible to propose in the offer any equivalent market equivalents with properties not worse than those indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. In order to avoid lexical ambiguity, the Contracting Authority informs that the term ‘factory new’ has a specific meaning, i.e. manufactured/produced not earlier than 2025) which was not used in any form before the acquisition. 5.
