3.2 Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie dostawy podnośnika koszowego do 3,5 t wyposażonego w przegub JIB - na potrzeby Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. w Jeleniej Górze. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zaproponowany przez Wykonawcę pojazd zapewniał pełną funkcjonalność bez konieczności dodatkowych inwestycji ze strony Zamawiającego. 3.3 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający funkcje, parametry techniczne i warunki realizacji zawiera Tom II SWZ (Projekt umowy) oraz TOM III SWZ tj. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiące integralną część SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na pytania Wykonawców. 3.4 Wymaga się, aby Wykonawca wraz z ofertą złożył wypełniony odpowiednio Załącznik Nr 1a do Tomu I SWZ, tj. Opis oferowanego pojazdu.
