A detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 7 to the FTZ, which forms an integral part of the FTZ, and in Annex 6, i.e. the model contract. 3. The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the seat of the Ordering Party in Wieluń at ul. Nadodrzańska 4. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract by his own transport, at his own expense and at his own risk. The contract covers delivery to premises inside the building. 4. … of signing the acceptance protocol. 5. The Contractor is required to provide a guarantee for the aids purchased in accordance with the conditions of the producers, calculated from the date of receipt of the subject-matter of the contract and issue of the guarantee documents. The warranty period is required to be equal to the warranty period. 6. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to repair the equipment within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of notification of the defect/failure. By the term ‘repair’, the contracting authority means the performance of activities consisting in restoring the original functionality of the equipment. The details of the guarantee are further specified in the model contract constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ. 7. The documents annexed to the FTZ should be regarded as mutually explanatory and complementary.
