… The delivered items of the order must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, technically complete. The subject of the contract must be delivered to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the municipality of Dębe Wielkie. 2. 4.2.2.Part 2 of the contract: ‘Delivery of a mobile power generator under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme 2025-2026’. The scope of the contract includes in particular: delivery of 1 120kVA generator set with electronic stabilisation of AVR voltage in a muted housing, with an automatic reserve switching system – mobile. The delivered items of the order must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, technically complete.
