1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of wood pellets in the amount of up to 300 tons to the boiler room of the Primary School with additional teaching of the Belarusian language in Orla, ul. Bielska 32, 17-106 Orla for the heating season 2026/2027. 2. The scope of the contract covers the delivery of wood pellets in bulk, sacked or in ‘big-bags’, their loading, transport to the place of delivery, unloading to the pellet warehouse. The Ordering Party has two pellet warehouses with a capacity of up to 8 tons each. … Ordering Party is not obliged to make full use of the indicated maximum order quantity. Contractors in this case will not be entitled to additional claims 4. The minimum (guaranteed) volume of the subject of the contract will be not less than 100 tonnes. 5. The heating boiler owned by the ordering party is in accordance with point. 5.3 (Table 9) of PN-EN 303-5:2021-09. 6. The wood pellet being the subject of the contract should comply with the PN-EN ISO 17225-2 standard and have the ENplus class A2 certificate. It should meet the following parameters: - diameter 6 ± 1 mm; 8 ± 1 mm, - length 3.15 ≤ L ≤ 40, - calorific value > 16 500 MJ/kg, - humidity ≤ 10 %, - ash content ≤ 0,5 %, 7. For each delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide a quality certificate issued by the manufacturer, confirming the above-mentioned parameters. 8. Deliveries will be carried out successively as needed on school working days, from Monday to Friday at 10.00 a.m. 7.30-14.00. 9. The first delivery of pellets will take place after 01.10.2026, in the amount of up to 16 tons in order to fill two pellet warehouses. Subsequent one-off deliveries will be in the amount consistent with the ordering party's notification up to 16 tons. 10. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order within 2 working days from the date of placing the order by phone or email in the quantities indicated by the Ordering Party.
