1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy lekkiego oleju opałowego do IHAR-PIB Oddział w Jadwisinie w szacunkowej ilości 15,00 m³ łącznie. Zamawiający gwarantuje zakup co najmniej 65% ww. ilości oleju opałowego. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, polegającego na zwiększeniu ilości zamawianego oleju o 25%, tj. do ilości 18,75 m³ łącznie. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia – załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy – załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
