Armii Krajowej 101, odzieży i obuwia roboczego dla pracowników Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej, wg zestawienia ilościowego i rodzajowego określonego w Załączniku Nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, spełniających parametry jakościowe określone w Załączniku Nr 2 do swz, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 4 do swz. 2. Oferowany towar musi być nowy i nieużywany. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z transportem i rozładunkiem będzie się odbywać na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.
