1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na wykonaniu prac remontowych pomieszczeń magazynowych na sprzęt sportowy i sprzęt do obsługi obiektu sportowego w Zespole Szkolno – Przedszkolnym w Smołdzinie w ramach projektu Szatnia na Medal – Edycja 2026. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) roboty remontowe wewnętrzne pomieszczeń magazynowych na sprzęt, 2) remont pokrycia dachu wraz z izolacją, 3) montaż instalacji odgromowej, 4) remont ścian elewacyjnych zewnętrznych budynku, 5) remont ścian zewnętrznych poniżej terenu. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany zgodnie z art. 103 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp za pomocą dokumentacji projektowej, przedmiaru robót oraz STWiORB, które stanowią załączniki do SWZ
