1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne, według potrzeb i zależne od warunków atmosferycznych świadczenie usług związanych z zimowym utrzymanie dróg, chodników i ciągów pieszych na terenie Miasta i Gminy Kańczuga w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027. 2. Zamawiający określa rozpoczęcie świadczenia usług jako od 01.11.2026, 3. Prace w zakresie zimowego utrzymania prowadzone będą na drogach, chodnikach i ciągach pieszych gminnych, 4. Przez zimowe utrzymanie dróg (dalej ZUD) należy rozumieć – prace mające na celu zmniejszenie lub ograniczenie zakłóceń ruchu drogowego, wywołanych czynnikami atmosferycznymi, jak śliskość zimowa oraz opady śniegu, 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do umieszczenia w pojazdach wykonujących prace udostępnione przez Zamawiającego urządzenia GPS, które będą rejestrować położenie i wykonaną prace, 6. Szczegółowy sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w szczegółowej specyfikacji technicznej, 7. Wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia zostały określone w szczegółowej specyfikacji technicznej. 8.
