Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowane i wybudowanie Systemu oświetlenia awaryjnego i ewakuacyjnego (dalej: systemu oświetlenia) w budynku pozostającym w trwałym zarządzie Ministerstwa Klimatu i Środowiska przy ul. Wawelskiej 52/54 w Warszawie wraz z zapewnieniem udzielenia Zamawiającemu bezterminowej licencji na oprogramowanie integrujące system centralnej baterii z istniejącym system GEMOS. Zamówienie będzie wykonywane w dwóch etapach: Etap I : a) opracowanie projektu technicznego (wykonawczego) Systemu oświetlenia; b) uzgodnienie projektu technicznego (wykonawczego) Systemu oświetlenia z rzeczoznawcą ds. zabezpieczeń pożarowych Etap II : realizacja robót, zgodnie z zatwierdzoną dokumentacją techniczną (wykonawczą) Systemu oświetlenia, po zatwierdzeniu przez Zamawiającego projektu technicznego (wykonawczego) Systemu oświetlenia oraz udzielenie Zamawiającemu licencji na oprogramowanie niezbędne do prawidłowego działania Systemu oświetlenia.
