1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: Doposażenie placu zabaw w ramach zadania „Nowe i bezpieczne urządzenia w Krainie Zabaw (Park Reagana)” - realizowanego w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” z Budżetu Obywatelskiego 2026. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia dla obejmuje: 1) I przedmiot odbioru: wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz uzyskanie wszystkich niezbędnych uzgodnień, pozwoleń i ostatecznych decyzji administracyjnych umożliwiających realizację robót. 2) II przedmiot odbioru: kompleksowe wykonanie robót budowlano –montażowych w oparciu o zatwierdzoną dokumentację projektową wykonaną w ramach I przedmiotu odbioru. 3) Pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego podczas realizacji robót budowlanych wykonywanych na podstawie dokumentacji projektowych będących przedmiotem zamówienia oraz w okresie rękojmi i gwarancji jakości na roboty budowlane. 3. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zostały określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ oraz Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do OPZ. Pozostałe warunki realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, stanowiących załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
