Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont lokali mieszkalnych (5 szt.) stanowiących własność m.st. Warszawy, administrowanych przez Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami w Dzielnicy Wola m.st. Warszawy - Terenowy Zespół Obsługi Mieszkańców Koło. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących integralną część SWZ. Prace objęte przedmiotem zamówienia obejmują roboty ogólnobudowlane, sanitarne i elektryczne, które należy wykonać zgodnie z zakresem prac określonym w przedmiarach robót oraz specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót, stanowiącymi załączniki do SWZ. Przedmiary robót określają zakresy prac stanowiących podstawę do wyliczenia wartości ryczałtowego wynagrodzenia dla poszczególnych lokali.
