Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) przebudowę nawierzchni odcinka drogi w miejscowości Kolonia Dobratycze od km 0+009,5 do km 0+615 o nawierzchni z betonu asfaltowego o długości 0,6055 km; 2) budowę zjazdów; 3) stałą organizację ruchu; 4) wykonanie projektu czasowej organizacji ruchu; 5) obsługę geodezyjną całości zamówienia wraz z powykonawczą inwentaryzację geodezyjną całego zadania wraz z potwierdzeniem jej przyjęcia przez Powiatowy Ośrodek Dokumentacji Geodezyjno - Kartograficznej w Białej Podlaskiej. Szczegółowy zakres robót określa dokumentacja projektowa tj. opis techniczny wraz z projektem zagospodarowania terenu, przedmiar robót, szczegółowa specyfikacja techniczna oraz projekt stałej organizacji ruchu.
