Modernizacja Wojewódzkiego Domu Kultury Nadzór będzie obejmował prace budowlane polegające m.in. na: Remoncie łazienek Remoncie konserwatorskim sal Robotach budowlanych w zakresie instalacji wentylacji i klimatyzacji Wykonawca zobowiązuje się i zapewnia, że nadzór inwestorski sprawować będą osoby posiadające uprawnienia określone przepisami Prawa budowlanego w specjalności: - Konstrukcyjno-budowlanej - Instalacyjnej w zakresie instalacji elektrycznych - Instalacyjnej w zakresie instalacji sanitarnych i wodno-kanalizacyjnych Zakres obowiązków Wykonawcy określa ustawa Prawo Budowlane (tekst jednolity – Dz. U. 2026 r., poz. 524). Inspektor zobowiązuje się zlecony nadzór inwestorski wykonywać zgodnie z projektem, obowiązującymi przepisami i Polskimi Normami, zasadami wiedzy technicznej.
