1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont lokali mieszkalnych i użytkowych będących w zasobach ZGN w Sieradzu. 2. W ramach zamówienia należy wykonać następujące roboty budowlane (rozbiórkowe i adaptacyjne) w 9 lokalach polegające m.in. na: a) robotach przygotowawczych i rozbiórkowych, b) dostosowaniu instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej i sanitarnej, c) dostosowaniu instalacji elektrycznych, d) dostosowaniu wentylacji do wyremontowanych lokali, e) wykonaniu robót pokrywczych i posadzkowych, f) montażu urządzeń sanitarnych, g) wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, h) wykonaniu robót wykończeniowych, malarskich i okładzinowych.
