Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest „Kompleksowe dokończenie rozpoczętych robót instalacyjnych w zakresie wentylacji mechanicznej w budynku Kuchni/Warsztatów Świętokrzyskiego Centrum Onkologii SPZOZ w Kielcach, w tym w części warsztatowej, kuchni oraz pomieszczeniach towarzyszących” w tym: - zorganizowanie placu budowy; - wykonanie robót modernizacyjnych zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną; - wykonanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu kompletnej dokumentacji powykonawczo-odbiorowej zrealizowanych robót oraz instrukcji użytkowania dostarczonych i wbudowanych urządzeń. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w: - Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ); - Projektach wykonawczych; - Specyfikacji Technicznej Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych STWiORB; - Rysunkach i schematach; - Przedmiarach robót. Powyższa dokumentacja projektowa stanowi załącznik nr 7 do SWZ, przedmiary robót stanowią załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, a Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
