4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie „Usług społecznych dla seniorów w Gminie Krasnobród” w miejscu ich zamieszkania. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje świadczenie usług społecznych asystenckich na terenie Gminy Krasnobród na rzecz min. 18 uczestników projektu w wieku 65 lat i więcej. Liczba godzin na jednego uczestnika projektu wynosi – ok. 720 godzin usługi przez cały okres trwania umowy (dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestnika projektu). Łączna maksymalna liczba godzin usług w ramach zamówienia wynosi 12 960 godzin. 4.2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ.
