Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie dzierżawy 53 urządzeń kserograficznych dla potrzeb jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego - Collegium Medicum w Krakowie. 1.1 Zgodnie z art. 310 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 1.2 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający konfigurację, parametry i wymagania techniczno-funkcjonalne, bądź ich maksymalne lub minimalne zakresy lub inne niezbędne cechy, zawiera Załącznik B do Formularza oferty stanowiący integralną część SWZ. 2. Pozostałe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zostały opisane w SWZ i załącznikach do SWZ.
