W ramach zadania przewiduje się wszystkie działania związane z budową zaplecza socjalno-szatniowego LZS Radłów w Radłowie wskazane w dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej sporządzonej dla tego zadania, tj.: roboty ziemne, wykonanie stóp fundamentowych, wykonanie podłogi, wznoszenie ścian, wykonanie pokryć dachowych, roboty zabezpieczające i izolacyjne i ochronne, wykonanie instalacji wewnętrznych, montaż stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, roboty wykończeniowe, wykonanie utwardzenia terenu, zagospodarowanie terenu przed obiektem. W zakres zadania wchodzą także roboty wod-kan oraz elektryczne, jak również montaż białej armatury. Zamówienie ma zostać zrealizowane na działkach ewidencyjnych o nr 848, 849, i 1135, jednostka ewidencyjna 160805_2 Radłów, obręb ewidencyjny 0065 Radłów. Szczegółowy zakres robót oraz sposób ich wykonania określone zostały w przedmiarach robót stanowiących załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, dokumentacji projektowej, w tym projektach technicznych stanowiących załącznik nr 7 do SWZ oraz specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych opracowanych dla potrzeb niniejszego zamówienia, stanowiących załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
