Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie Dokumentacji Projektowej pn.: Projekt remontu i przebudowy kamienicy frontowej i rozbiórki budynków gospodarczych położonych na nieruchomości przy ul. Włókienniczej 17 w Łodzi wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną (dz. nr 440/1, obręb S-1) wraz z uzyskaniem pozwoleń na budowę i rozbiórkę oraz pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia) w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym oraz we wzorze umowy (Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ).
