świadczenie usług przy zimowym utrzymaniu dróg powiatowych na terenie gmin Michałowo i Zabłudów w sezonie 2026-2027 zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zlecane usługi nie mają charakteru usług wykonywanych w sposób ciągły. Realizacja usług zimowego utrzymania dróg jest uzależniona od warunków pogodowych występujących w okresie trwania umowy i otrzymania zgłoszenia od Zamawiającego. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość wydłużenia lub skrócenia terminu wykonania przedmiotowych usług w zależności od warunków atmosferycznych. Decyzję o rozpoczęciu lub zakończeniu usług podejmuje Dyrektor Powiatowego Zarządu Dróg. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zgłaszania się w ciągu maksymalnie 2 godzin od wezwania telefonicznego w stanie gotowości do pracy, w miejscu wyznaczonym przez Zamawiającego (ostateczny czas rozpoczęcia usługi zostanie określony na podstawie wybranej oferty) – stanowi kryterium oceny ofert.
