Opis przedmiotu zamówienia – parametry techniczne i jakościowe wymagane dla produktu równoważnego: FUNGICYD Środek grzybobójczy w formie rozpuszczalnego koncentratu do sporządzania roztworu wodnego (SL) o działaniu układowym, do stosowania zapobiegawczego, interwencyjnego oraz wyniszczającego w ochronie przed chorobami powodowanymi przez grzyby. Rejestracja: - w rzepaku. Zawartość substancji czynnej: Metkonazol 100 g/l (9,62%) (związek z grupy triazoli). Produkt musi posiadać aktualne zezwolenie na wprowadzanie do obrotu i stosowanie na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz być dostarczony w oryginalnych, fabrycznie zamkniętych opakowaniach, posiadających aktualną etykietę stosowania. W celu potwierdzenia zgodności oferowanego środka ochrony roślin z wymaganiami określonymi w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dołączyć do oferty kartę produktu, specyfikację techniczną, etykietę środka lub inny dokument producenta potwierdzający wymagane parametry oferowanego produktu.
