Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna sprzedaż wraz z dostawą i rozładunkiem, oleju opałowego lekkiego do celów grzewczych na potrzeby ogrzania budynków administrowanych przez Gminę Kościelisko oraz jednostek podległych zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Kościelisko - szacunkowa ilość oleju opałowego przewidziana do dostarczenia w okresie obowiązywania umowy wynosi 110 000 litrów, przeliczonych do temperatury referencyjnej 15°C. Zamawiający gwarantuje zakup w okresie obowiązywania umowy co najmniej 60 000 litrów oleju opałowego, przeliczonych do temperatury referencyjnej 15°C. Ilość ta stanowi minimalną, gwarantowaną wielkość świadczenia Zamawiającego. Maksymalna ilość oleju opałowego, jaka może zostać zamówiona w okresie obowiązywania umowy, wynosi 110 000 litrów, przeliczonych do temperatury referencyjnej 15°C. Podane ilości oleju opałowego zostały ustalone szacunkowo.
