Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja łazienek w budynku Bursy Szkolnej w Stargardzie - remont łazienek na I i II piętrze skrzydła A budynku. Zakres niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje: a) roboty przygotowawcze, rozbiórkowe i demontażowe, b) wykonanie nowych ścianek działowych oddzielających ustępy, umywalnię i pomieszczenie gospodarcze, c) obudowanie szachtów i kanałów, d) roboty tynkarskie, malarskie ścian i sufitów, e) wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowych, okładzin z płytek na ścianach i podłogach, f) montaż stolarki drzwiowej, g) wykonanie/ wymiana instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej h) montaż armatury i urządzeń sanitarnych, i) wykonanie instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, j) wykonanie/ wymiana instalacji elektrycznej, k) montaż nowego oświetlenia, l) roboty towarzyszące, niezbędne dla prawidłowego wykonania robót.
