Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadania pod nazwą ,,Przebudowa (modernizacja) 9 lokali mieszkalnych – wg. zestawienia” – Etap I. Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej. - wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej dla robót budowlanych, która swym zakresem obejmie opracowanie: a) przebudowy (modernizacji) gminnych lokali mieszkalnych, b) zmiany sposobu ogrzewania (z piecowego węglowego na elektryczne piece akumulacyjne), c) nowej instalacji c.w.u, wod-kan oraz wentylacji grawitacyjnej (nowe kominy), oraz opracowanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego, przedmiaru robót, STWiORB, informacji BIOZ, wraz z zapewnieniem pełnienia nadzoru autorskiego w czasie realizacji projektu (4 wizyty) dla 9 lokali mieszkalnych. 2.1.
