1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonanie prac polegających na odnowieniu pomieszczeń na III piętrze w budynku D i E Łódzkiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego w Łodzi przy ul. Piotrkowskiej 104. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, tj. rysunek techniczny III piętra, przedmiar robót oraz specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych. 3. Warunki realizacji robót zostały także określone w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
