Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Zuzela. W ramach inwestycji planuje się skucie i ułożenie nowej posadzki, gipsowanie i malowanie ścian, wymianę paneli sufitowych, modernizację instalacji elektrycznej, kanalizacyjnej, modernizację istniejącego oświetlenia oraz poprawę istniejącej wentylacji w budynku, a także montaż klimatyzacji.
