1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej obejmująca sprzedaż energii elektrycznej (bez dystrybucji) na potrzeby Zduńskowolskiego Szpitala Powiatowego Sp. z o.o. Królewska 29, 98-220 Zduńska Wola w okresie od 1.10.2026 r. do 30.06.2027 roku. 2. Ilość układów pomiarowych rozliczających zużytą energię elektryczną (punktów PPE) : 1 Grupy taryfowe: B 21 Szacunkowe zużycie energii elektrycznej w okresie obowiązywania umowy - [MWh]: 300 3. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: a) sprzedaży energii elektrycznej przy zachowaniu obowiązujących standardów jakościowych; b) zapewnienie Zamawiającemu informacji o danych pomiarowo-rozliczeniowych energii elektrycznej pobranej przez Zamawiającego w poszczególnych PPE w postaci raportu c) prowadzenia ewidencji wpłat należności, która zagwarantuje poprawność rozliczeń; 4.
