Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej budowy komunalnego budynku mieszkalnego z częścią usługową w miejscowości Pabianice ul. Kościelna 2 z uzyskaniem wszystkich wymaganych uzgodnień oraz pozwolenia na budowę wraz ze zgodą konserwatora zabytków. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Zamawiający informuje, że zamówienie zostało podzielone na części o odrębnym zakresie rzeczowym, jednak każda z części stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego.
