Przedmiotem zamówienia jest nadbudowa i rozbudowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego komunalnego w ramach zadania pn.: „Nadbudowa i rozbudowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego w Aleksandrowie Kujawskim”, które obejmuje utworzenie 10 nowych lokali mieszkalnych, budowę komórek lokatorskich (10 komórek), windy zewnętrznej, schodów zewnętrznych (2 szt.), miejsc postojowych (4 miejsca + 1 miejsce dla osób niepełnosprawnych). Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również budowę instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej, instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, montaż kotła gazowego o mocy 100 kW, wykonanie wentylacji grawitacyjnej oraz wykonanie niezbędnych instalacji elektrycznych w nadbudowywanym i rozbudowywanym budynku.
