1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy ciekłego helu o czystości nie niższej niż 99,999% zwanego dalej towarem. 2. Przewidywane roczne zapotrzebowanie wynosi maksymalnie 800 litrów w zamówieniu podstawowym. Faktyczna ilość zamówionego towaru wynikać będzie z realnych bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego i może być mniejsza niż maksymalne zapotrzebowanie. 3. Towar powinien być dostarczany w pojemnikach Wykonawcy o wielkości 100 l przystosowanych do transportu ciekłego helu. Po dostawie towar zostanie przelany z pojemników Wykonawcy do pojemników Zamawiającego. Czas trwania takiej operacji wynosi minimum 6 godzin. 4. Wraz z towarem wykonawca dostarcza czysty sprężony hel gazowy w ilościach niezbędnych do przelewania ciekłego helu z pojemników Wykonawcy do pojemników Zamawiającego. 5. Wykonawca zapewnia we własnym zakresie transport zamówionego towaru środkami transportu przystosowanymi do specyfiki tego towaru i ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za dostawy do czasu przekazania ich Zamawiającemu. 6. Warunki realizacji Przedmiotu zamówienia zostały zawarte w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
