Istniejące zagospodarowanie terenu – lokalizacja Magazyn projektuje się na działce nr 658 przy ul. Żagańskiej 28 w m. Iłowa Działka zabudowana budynkiem remizy ochotniczej straży pożarnej oraz zabudową gospodarczą, przeznaczona pod tereny mieszkaniowo-usługowe. Działka posiada bezpośredni dostęp do drogi publicznej działka nr 686/1 ul. Żagańska Działka uzbrojona w sieć energetyczną , kanalizacyjną oraz wodną i gazową , porośnięta roślinnością niską .
