3.1 Przedmiot zamówienia: „Przebudowa dróg gminnych na terenie gminy Warta” - Przebudowa ulicy Kościelnej od działki nr 449 do działki 470 w Rossoszycy. 3.2 Przebudowa obejmuje wykonanie następujących robót budowlanych: 3.2.1 Roboty pomiarowe; 3.2.2 Roboty rozbiórkowe; 3.2.3 Wykonanie podbudowy; 3.2.4 Wykonanie chodnika; 3.2.5 Wykonanie nawierzchni z mieszanek mineralno-bitumicznych. 3.3 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Dokumentacja Techniczna stanowiąca złącznik nr 11 do SWZ oraz przedmiary stanowiące załączniki nr 12 i 13 do SWZ. 3.4 Wymagany okres gwarancji na roboty budowlane minimum 36 miesięcy.
