Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn. „Budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej i wodociągowej rozdzielczej na działkach 59, 56/35, 72, 75/2, 76, 77/1 obr. 7 m. Kamieńsk” wraz z obsługą geodezyjną. Szczegółowy opis Przedmiotu umowy został zawarty w dokumentacji projektowej (projekt budowlany, techniczny i wykonawczy) oraz STWiOR stanowiących załącznik do niniejszej umowy. Uwaga: Z uwagi na przyjęty charakter wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy (ryczałt) przedmiary robot pełnią wyłącznie funkcję informacyjną i nie stanowią podstawy do obliczenia ceny przez Wykonawcę. Wykonawca, w ramach wynagrodzenia, zobowiązany jest do wykonania wszelkich prac, nawet jeżeli nie są one uwzględnione w załączonych przedmiarach, jeżeli są konieczne do prawidłowego wykonania przedmiotu umowy, określonego w dokumentacji projektowej.
