1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na rozbudowie i przebudowie budynku remizy Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w miejscowości Boguszyn (dz. nr 40/6, 64-117 Krzycko Małe, gmina Włoszakowice) wraz z utwardzeniem terenu. 2. Zbiorczy zakres robót obejmuje: a) w części rozbudowywanej budynku: wykonanie robót ziemnych i fundamentowych, wykonanie konstrukcji murowanej i żelbetowej budynku, montaż stalowej konstrukcji dachu wraz z pokryciem z płyt warstwowych, montaż stolarki okiennej i bramy garażowej segmentowej, prace wykończeniowe wewnętrzne (posadzki, tynki, gładzie, malowanie), wykonanie kompletnej elewacji z ociepleniem, b) w części istniejącej budynku: przebudowa i adaptacja pomieszczeń (wykonanie nowych otworów drzwiowych, montaż stolarki i drzwi wewnętrznych), odnowienie elewacji wraz z wykonaniem instalacji przeciwwilgociowej i termicznej fundamentów, roboty wykończeniowe wewnętrzne, c) zagospodarowanie terenu przy budynku: wykonanie opaski wokół budynku, utwardzenie wjazdu i placu manewrowego przed częścią garażową z betonowej kostki brukowej na podbudowie.
