Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi dokumentacja projektowa stanowiąca załącznik nr 1 do SWZ zawierająca: Specyfikację Techniczną Wykonania i Odbioru Robót, Projekt budowlany (projekt zagospodarowania terenu), Projekt techniczny, Przedmiar robót, Decyzję nr 13/2026 – pozwolenie na budowę. 3.5. Miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia będzie obszar administracyjny Nadleśnictwa Sulęcin: województwo lubuskie, powiat sulęciński, gmina Ośno Lubniewice, obręb ewidencyjny nr 0022 Glisno, działka ewidencyjna: 4447, 4449/1.
