… aspects of projects of this type. • Design and Build contracts may also require the main contractor to act as PSDP and carry out final design of projects, provide FSC and DAC services and comply with all building regulation requirements as required under BCAR 2014. • The projects will consist of between ten and twenty separate sites, these may be carried out as individual contracts or lots formed by a number of sites forming one contract. • The locations are Nationwide. • Construction will be caried out over the coming three to five years PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATION TO THE PANEL, IS BEFORE 12:00 HOURS ON 19th DECEMBER 2027.
