This Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) aims to establish a multi‑supplier Qualification Panel, divided into two Lots, for organisations capable of delivering high‑quality analytics services across An Post’s digital platforms. The panel will operate for up to ten years and will be used to identify suitably qualified suppliers for future tender opportunities.
