Als Mindestanforderung muss das Referenzobjekt für die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume mindestens in der Honorarzone III eingeordnet sein.; - Bei dem Referenzobjekt muss es sich um eine Logistik- oder Luftfrachthalle mit Büroanteil und Außenanlagen mit mindestens 12.000 qm BGF handeln, ansonsten wird die Referenz nicht gewertet.; - Für jedes Referenzobjekt müssen die nachfolgenden Leistungen der Kernplanungsdisziplinen vorliegen. Im Einzelnen bedeutet das: Objektplanung "Gebäude und Innenräume": Es müssen Bestätigungen für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 sowie 6 und 7 gemäß HOAI §34 vorliegen. Fachplanung "Technische Ausrüstung": Es müssen Bestätigungen mindestens für die Anlagengruppen 2, 3 und 4 gemäß HOAI §53 und für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 sowie 6 und 7 gemäß HOAI §55 vorliegen. Auf Verlangen sind weitergehende Nachweise oder Bestätigungen durch den Auftraggeber vorzulegen. - 1x Als Mindestanforderung muss der Nachweis der Nutzung als Luftfrachtlogistikhalle bei mind. einem Referenzobjekt erbracht werden.
