Clement What the numbers say about this buyer

In this sector the buyer awards roughly every 5 months (6 awards, most recently July 2026) — the next award is due around January 2027 by that rhythm. The last award went to SEAWATCH LIFEGUARDS ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.n = 6
48% of this buyer's awards went to companies that had already won here before (528 awards since 2021, spread over 255 companies). That is well below the sector norm (65%) — this buyer switches suppliers more often than others.n = 528 awards since 2021
The median procedure drew just one bid (254 procedures with a bid count); 66% ended with a single bidder. Sector: median 1 bid.n = 254
The award came in at a median 80% of the estimated value (12 awards with both estimate and value) — pricing at the estimate is usually too high here.n = 12
