What the buyer is looking for
In accordance with the decree of 21 July 2015 as amended, relating to the technical requirements and the procedures for monitoring and controlling sewerage systems, the Agglomeration has committed for the Béziers sewerage system to a discharge of less than 5% of the pollution flows produced during the year. This objective is set out in the Prefectural Decree of 7 April 2017. To achieve this objective, the Agglomeration is planning the construction of an 18,000 m3 storm basin and its transfer networks, upstream of the Béziers inter-municipal wastewater treatment plant. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices.
