What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this consultation is to designate future concessionaires for the public drinking water and public sanitation services of the Communauté de communes Touraine Vallée de l’Indre. The procedure consists of two lots: - Lot No 1 concerns the concession for the public drinking water service - Lot No 2 concerns the concession for the public sanitation service. Candidates may apply for one or two lots. The present procedure is carried out in application of the provisions of the third part of the Code of Public Order. The procedure is open: candidates are informed that they will have to submit their applications and tenders simultaneously.
