What the buyer is looking for
The period of validity of the framework agreement is the period within which order forms may be issued. It shall be fixed at 1 year from the date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable, under the conditions defined in the CAPC, 3 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years.
