What the buyer is looking for
The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a fixed period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of its notification. It may be renewed once for a period of twelve (12) months by tacit extension, but its total duration may not exceed forty-eight (48) months, including renewal. In the event of non-renewal, the holder shall be notified by registered mail no later than two (2) months before the anniversary date of the framework agreement. The Contractor shall, however, remain engaged until the end of the current period. Order forms issued shall continue to be executed until their respective expiry dates. The holder may not refuse renewals or non-renewals. The decision not to renew the framework agreement shall not entitle the holder concerned to any compensation.
